If you’re someone that often needs to quickly remove a load in the back of your ute tray, our range of Tipping Kits are made for you.
How do they work? Our Tipping Kits use an electro-hydraulic single ram powered by the vehicle's electrical system giving you the ability to raise or lower the tray body (ensure engine is running whilst tipping kit is in operation).
It features an automatic locking system that mechanically locks the frame in the down position to reduce any rattling and excessive wear in the hinges and other contact areas while travelling on rough surfaces, for example, a gravel road on a work site. It also minimises the risk of the tray tipping up while loading items such as a ride-on mower, or in the event of an accident.
Our Tipping Kits also include a double acting cylinder, driven and low pressure to ensure that the tray comes down safely and in a controlled fashion and that the locking mechanism is fully engaged when the tray is down.
Why should you consider a Tipping Kit over a standard ute tray?
- Unload quicker
Time is of the essence, especially on a work site. Shovelling your load by hand takes up time that could be better spent doing other important tasks. With a Tipping Kit, your load can be dumped in minutes.
- Unload safer
Not only does shovelling your load by hand take time, it is also a strenuous activity, especially on your back. A Tipping Kit allows you to dump your load much more safely at the hit of a button.
- Add value to your vehicle
It’s not common for utes to have their own Tipping Kit making them much more in demand than a ute with a standard tray.
